Welcome to our beautiful home and garden!

We're Inger-Lise Olsen and Geir Jensen, and we are the hosts of Kjerringrokk Bed & Breakfast.

We are social people and have always had guests in our house. When the idea of running our own Bed & Breakfast came up, we were quickly assured that it was something we really wanted. And we were right!

Since our first guest in 2007, there have been many great moments with our visitors, which is confirmed time and again by great feedback and returning guests - from nearly 20 nations.

With us you should feel right at home, while you can sit back and relax comfortably.

Meals

Good food is a big part of a great experience! All our guests are served a good breakfast in the morning. Select from our table of home-made bread, local produce and a large selection of jam, cheese and cold-cuts. If you want to have lunch, dinner or supper with us, we welcome you to our table. Please contact us for more information.

Events

Did you know that you can arrange birthdays, corporate parties or other gatherings with us? Contact us and we will help you make the event you wish for. Rent the barbecue hut and outdoor area and BBQ with friends, or have us arrange everything from A to Z - with a wonderful menu.

Special wishes

We want all our guests to feel warmly welcomed and well looked after.

Do you have any special wishes for your event or stay? Maybe you want to bring your dog, or have a vegetarian dish for dinner?

BBQ hut "Rompa Bar"

Our beautiful barbecue hut has a large platform just outside and provides great surroundings for a pleasant evening. The "Rompa Bar" barbecue hut is the perfect place to gather your friends, for a Norwegian "julebord"-party, or as part of your family holiday. We customize menu to your wishes.

Prices from NOK. 2500, - per. day. Menu excluded.

Large outdoor areas

We have over 100 square meters of outdoor flooring and large, beautiful outdoor areas divided into 6 zones - many of them with fireplaces. Surrounded by fruit trees, bushes and flowers you will surely find the atmosphere. We have room to sit down and have a coffee with the hosts, or find a quiet reading nook entirely for yourself.
